My Background
Ryan K. Reynolds
As a Senior Pastor at Redeemer Christian Fellowship, I had the privilege of leading a vibrant congregation for seven years. In this role, I was responsible for crafting and communicating a clear vision that aligned with our mission to foster spiritual growth and community engagement. I effectively oversaw all aspects of church administration, including worship services, pastoral care, and outreach initiatives, which resulted in a threefold increase in church attendance. My experience in crisis counseling and providing support to members during difficult times allowed me to build deep relationships within the congregation, ensuring that each individual felt valued and cared for.
In my subsequent role as Dean of Students at Sangre De Cristo Seminary, I was instrumental in shaping the educational experience for graduate-level students. I developed and implemented a comprehensive curriculum for New Testament studies, taught courses in Greek and Biblical exegesis, and mentored students in their academic and spiritual journeys. This position not only deepened my understanding of theological education but also strengthened my commitment to equipping future church leaders with the tools they need to navigate the complexities of ministry.
I was an Associate Pastor at Storylife Church in Orlando, FL, where I continued to leverage my extensive pastoral experience in a large church setting. My focus on teaching and preaching, congregational care and outreach had enabled me to foster meaningful connections within the church and the broader community. By preaching regularly and leading various ministries, including, adult, youth and children’s programs, I was committed to creating an engaging and spiritually enriching environment for all members. Collaborating closely with the lead pastor and church leadership, I was actively involved in shaping the church’s vision and direction, ensuring that we remain rooted in the original message of early Christianity while reaching our community in compelling and relevant ways.
